1. How do I clean my Grillz?
Thank God you are wondering!... Run your new Grillz under water using a soft-bristle brush to remove any dirt or particles. For sets with diamonds, we recommend soaking them in glass cleaner liquid for a few minutes, then rinsing them under water. We also recommend sending us your Grillz to get professionally cleaned by us!

2. How do I get a mould done for custom Grillz?
We recommend scheduling an appointment with us by getting in touch at our Instagram @Tuff_Tooth as we handle the entire moulding process in-house.

 If you're unable to visit, you can have your mould done by a local dentist. We also have our own Tuff Tooth Mould Kits available that can be done in the comfort of your own home.

3. How long does it take to receive my Grillz?
The time frame varies depending on the complexity of the order. Simple styles take about 2-4 weeks, while more complex designs can take 4-8 weeks, depending on the work required.

4. Can I still get a mould done if I am outside if London?
Yes, you can buy one of our Tuff Tooth Mould Kits that can be done at home or visit a local dentist for a professional and accurate mould

5. What are the payment options for custom Grillz?
We accept payment through most major credit cards, debit cards, wire transfer and PayPal etc.

6. Do you offer any warranties on your products?
While our products do not come with warranties, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If there are any defects or errors with our products, we will gladly fix or replace them as needed. Please read the Terms & Conditions before purchasing from us!

8. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

9. Do you offer customisation options for Grillz?
Yes, Custom orders can be found in the ‘Custom orders’ section. We offer & encourage customisation for designs that are not listed on our product range or adjustments you wish to make to designs we have available. We specialise in creating custom Grillz tailored to your preferences.
