Getting started.
The best way to start an order is to click through the questions on our home page, leaving your preferred method of contact. We can then schedule you in for an appointment for design consultation and impression.
Based in London
Your appointment will be at our workshop at Camelford House, 89 Albert Embankment, Vauxhall, SE1 7TP. If you have special requirements that make this not possible, just let us know!
Outside London
If you can make the trip, coming to our workshop would be the ideal scenario. If it's too far, order an Impression Kitfrom our website and we'll schedule a video consultation — we'll guide you through taking the impression so it's done correctly. Not comfortable on a video call? We can make it work!
Some people line this up with a trip. We can do the appointment remotely and have the grill ready to collect when you hit London, or do it while you're here and ship the finished piece out.
